The exceptional, panoramic position of the villa, allows the eye to gaze at the gulf of Naousa and the islands of Myconos and Naxos that are revealed in the horizon. It is located 1 km away from the sea and 2 km away from the traditional – though cosmopolitan – settlement of Naousa and it is an excellent choice of privacy and accessibility.
Entering the building through the majestic, stone entrance, we come across an unparalleled example of modern architecture mixed with traditional details, constructed by local craftsmen with skills and passion. The point of reference is the built-in sitting room and the built-in dining table, which together, can accommodate up to 30 people. They are in the main pergola, in between the main residence and the guest rooms. In the front, lies the big, ecological swimming pool of 15 m which gives the sense that the sky and the sea unite into a whole. On the right side, there is the second pergola, which hosts the wonderful 5 seated hydro massage and the sun-beds.
Villa Pearl covers 450 sq. m. of the interior rooms and 550 sq. m. of the outdoor premises – all on the same level. It includes 2 structures: the main structure, with a big, fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 14 persons, a sitting room, 2 master bedrooms, 3 bedrooms downstairsand the guesthouse with other 3 comfortable bedrooms. All areas and rooms are bright and spacious, have built-in beds and furniture, easy access to the verandas and share an amazing view to the pool and the sea. The unification of the interior space with the verandas is accomplished through using the traditional grey pressed cement technique.
The buildings, made of stone, have integrated, up to date materials of external heat insulation, that besides excellent aesthetics, offer superb conditions of temperature, humidity and soundproofing.
