This ultimate beach house is ideal for a family or close friends. Situated 200 m from the Kite Center of Paros, walking distance to Pounta village with two great taverns, a little shop, and a protected little bay -known only by locals – offers everything you want from your Paros holiday. Naturally cool, the traditional stone house hosts up to 8 people comfortably (6 adults plus 2 children) and has a great terrace with a pergola for shade, sea views, and a big size charcoal BBQ. The space
Entering the house you arrive into the spacious living room in one space with a fully equipped kitchen. Double balcony doors lead to the terrace, and you can choose to dine inside or outside with views of kite surfers flying on the horizon.
The master bedroom and two of the bathrooms are on the ground floor. The second bedroom interconnecting with the children’s room with 3 beds (1 double and bunk beds for two) is situated in the semi-basement level together with the second bathroom. This arrangement and the fact, that the house is built from stone make it ideal for your summer stay as it keeps cool on hot summer nights. (The ground floor bedroom and living room/dining room both has got air condition units to be comfortable for those few extra hot summer days)
All windows have mosquito nets. The bedrooms have spacious wardrobes where you can hang your clothes and will find plenty of extra sheets and towels. There are toys for our little guests. The downstairs double bedroom and the living room have got a television (Greek channels) and there are plenty of DVDs. Wi-fi Internet throughout the house.

Interaction with guest
Anna, the house manager will see you at your arrival, handle the house keys, explain how everything works in the house (hot water, cooker, etc.) and then tell you about the island.
On your departure, she will see you again to check the house and see you off. You can always contact her by phone she lives on the island permanently.

Anne Sophie, August 2019: Nous avons choisi cette maison pour être proche du spot de kitesurf et le spot es en effet à 3 mn à pieds ce qui permet les allers et venus… l’endroit est trés tranquille. la situation permet également de rayonner sur tout le Sud facilement (Antiparos, Aliki, Paroika) La maison est spacieuse et dispose de tout ce qu’il faut… la terrasse agréable surtout en fin de journée pour apprécier le coucher du soleil… l’accueil et la réactivité des hôtes sont excellents

Christophe, August 2019: Nous sommes globalement satisfait de notre séjour. La maison est confortable, la cuisine bien équipée, la terrasse est parfaite, l’emplacement idéal surtout pour le kitesurf. Le point négatif est tout le sous-sol sans climatisation, la 3ème chambre est plus un couloir avec des lits superposés, à la limite pour des enfants en bas âges. Les sanitaires, douche et wc, doivent être revus car le réseau est bouché systématiquement même sans mettre de papier dans la cuvette (comme partout sur l’île). Cela provoque une inondation qui va jusque dans la chambre …. Merci à Anna et son mari qui sont les personnes qui s’occupent du logement en l’absence des propriétaires. Ils sont vraiment très gentils et très réactifs à toutes nos demandes.
