Conveniently located midway between the villages of Catalkoy and Ozankoy with a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Located approximately 4 miles east of Kyrenia with its beautiful harbour and castle (a 15 minute drive away) with many local beaches just a short drive away. Situated on the end of a small development of just 6 private villas with its own private 10x5 meter swimming pool for your use and enjoyment and safe for children with its 0.75 meter shallow end. The villa also benefits from its own purpose built Bar B Q to the rear with adjoining covered pergola with dining table and chairs for 6. There is also a separate raised triangular patio area to the rear with natural shaded pergola covered with vine. The owners have made a number of improvements to help those with mild/moderate mobility issues. Whilst not suitable for wheelchair users, there are a number of additional handrails for low rise steps outside the villa and additional intermediate steps where required from the pool area to the driveway, and from the kitchen to the garden, with additional handrails on staircases within the villa and up to the roof terrace. Improvements have also been made in the kitchen to provide additional cupboard and worktop space for those wishing to undertake comprehensive self catering.
