Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island every day in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer months. Most of these houses are made from local stone giving Kea its unique architectural style.
The property, which is 110sq meters, is located in the Bay of Otzia, which is 8 minutes by car from the Port of Kea (Korissia). The last 250 meters is a dirt road, a 4 X 4 is not necessary. The Beach of Otzia is only a 5 minutes walk from the house, close to the beach there are 2 restaurants/Tavernas.
The house is one one level, however there are some steps in the living room area. The house consists of a living room with a fireplace and a sea view, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table. Thee are 3 steps from the living room to the bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a raised bed (1.40 X 2.00) and below it is a sofa bed for another 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds (90 X 2.00) and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed (1.60 X 2.00). There are 2 bathrooms, on with a bath and one with a shower.
Outside there is a large veranda with 2 dining tables, one for 6 people and one for 8 people. From the veranda one has a fantastic view of the beach of Otzia.
