Villa Leila is situated in a very quiet residential area between Ozankoy and Catalkoy, and offers stunning views of Besparmak mountains, Mediterranean Sea and Kyrenia city. Bellapais village where the Bellapais Monastery is located is a five-minute drive and the Monastery that is lit up in the night provides a beautiful view from our terraces.
The villa has four bedrooms all with private bathroom facilities. Two bedrooms on the upper floor lead to their own private terraces with beautiful views making them perfect for having your tea in the morning or for happy hour. The master bedroom upstairs has a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with two washbasins. The second bedroom upstairs has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor; one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second one with two single beds with a bathroom just outside the door. This bathroom has a jacuzzi shower to give you the much needed treat! All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes. There is a large lounge with an open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances. The lounge area leads to the pool area through three patio doors to the North and to a courtyard through two patio doors to the West. The courtyard is an ideal area for children to play. In the pool area there are sunbeds and a large outdoor umbrella to protect those who do not wish to get a suntan! An outdoor shower is available in the pool area. There is also a dining table in the pool area where you can have dinner and enjoy the picturesque sunset. Inside the villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with central heating for winter times. Installed solar panels make hot water available on sunny days and there is an electric heater that can be used if necessary. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided as well as a welcome pack. Additional cleaning can be provided with a small charge mid-stay.
