Kapparis is located between Protaras and Paralimni. Although smaller than the neighboring areas of Protaras and Pernera, it has become a popular destination for holidaymakers who want to be close to the sea and tourist amenities but also be able to relax on their holidays in a quiet location.

Kapparis has plenty of restaurants and bars and is popular for its clean and sandy coves and beaches that are particularly suited for families with young children.

The three main beaches are the Kapparis (Fireman's Beach), Malama Beach and Agia Triada Beach. Each is scenic with its own beauty, with shallow, clear waters and soft sand. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for hire on each beach with a selection of food and drink facilities within walking distance.

A lovely 2 storey maisonette in a quiet area of the Kapparis main road, featuring a car-park and its own private yard. A perfect place for groups of up to 6 people that are seeking relaxation and quiet. The property is located within a short walking distance from a number of restaurants and convenience stores. Additionally within close proximity you can find a number of beautiful sandy beaches and within a few minutes' drive you can find yourself in Ayia Napa or at the center of Protaras.

On the top floor of the property you will find 2 bedrooms both with air conditioning, the master bedroom has a double bed a wardrobe and a small sofa next to a large window that will let the sun come through and fill your batteries with energy and Vitamin D. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a large wardrobe. Also on the upper floor you will find the main bathroom that features a shower, toilet and a sink.

On the ground floor you will find the living room, the kitchen and a toilet. The living room has 2 modern style sofa-beds (that can comfortably accommodate 2 extra people) and a TV with a few paintings that travel you to the Greek Islands. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything from a full sized stove to tableware, utensils and a coffee maker.
