The outdoor areas of the villa are ideal for entertaining and events for up to 40 guests!
The interior of the house is tastefully decorated with fine art and furnished with design pieces. The
main entrance leads to the a bright and large open plan living room and a dining room, featuring
comfortable sofas and equipped with state of the art flat screen TV and hi-fi system. The dining room
communicates with a fully equipped kitchen.
The 2 separate bedrooms are very well appointed and decorated.
The bedroom “A” features a queen size bed and has a private terrace with beautiful views of the
countryside and the village of Firostefani, a walk in closet, and an en-suite bathroom.
The bedroom “B” features a queen size bed and has beautiful sea views. It includes a closet, and an en-
suite bathroom.
Above bedroom “B” is the loft with one double bed (does not offer privacy, uses bathroom of
“bedroom B”)
